CAN I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION GOODS IN LESS THAN 6-MONTHS?
Yes. BioCair Customer Support can arrange for accelerated delivery of the APS with a written authorisation from the purchaser
CAN I DELAY MY DELIVERY?
No. The subscription plan should be completed within 6-months of the purchase date
CAN I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
Yes. Your sales person, or BioCair Customer Support, can assist you with renewal
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, all machines are covered by the BioCair 1-year warranty
WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION TIME FRAME (SHELF LIFE) FOR THE AIR PURIFYING SOLUTION (PS)& POCKET SPRAY?
BioCair manufactures the APS and Pocket Spray in Singapore to ensure quality and long shelf life. BioCair BC-65 has a 1-year expiration date, generally any BC-65 product will have at least 10-months until expiration at time of delivery
CAN I CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
No. All subscription plan sales are ‘final sales’
DO I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT EACH MONTH?
No, no additional funds are required after the initial payment has been received
DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
No, with your authorisation, the monthly delivery can be left at your doorstep or with an authorised recipient
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Change to delivery address (within Singapore) is no problem, please contact BioCair Customer Support
HOW DO I CHECK MY OUTSTANDING DELIVERIES FOR MY PLAN?
BioCair Customer Support can advise the current status and balance of your plan
WILL I BE ALERTED ONCE MY PLAN HAS EXPIRED?
Yes, BioCair will send a reminder when your plan is approaching expiration, including options for renewal
